1. Preventing and dealing with the physical ageing of Adults with Cerebral Palsy

This training module deals with the training of Adults with Cerebral Palsy (ACP) and their Supports. It is focused on preventing and dealing with physical ageing of ACP and it is structured in the following subtopics:


  • Physiotherapy, postures and sitting

  • Nutrition, dental care and swallowing disorders

  • Medicines management

  • Adapted sports and physical activities


2. Preventing and dealing with the cognitive ageing of Adults with Cerebral Palsy

This training module is focused on preventing and dealing with cognitive ageing of Adults with Cerebral Palsy (ACP) and it is structured in the following subtopics:

  • Memory and Orientation

  • Language/communication and perception/gnosis 

  • Attention and calculus 

  • Coordination and fine motor skills


3. Keeping the inclusion and participation of Adults with Cerebral Palsy

This training module addresses the following areas:

  • Mobility, going out and enjoying inclusive environments

  • Communication and contact with my support network and friends

  • Living at home, hygiene and rest

  • Ageing management and aids

  • Autonomy and independence

  • Social relationships

  • Implication and involvement
